We come from Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, China.
◈Where do you ship and sell from?
We ship the statues directly from the Chinese factory.
◈Do you accept payment plans?
Yes, we accept payment plans. Up to 6 installments.
◈What should be done if the statue is damaged or lost during transportation?

We do not charge customs fees, our logistics price includes customs fees.
◈Why does my tracking number not have a logistics track?
During the transportation from China to the destination country's port, there is no logistics trajectory for the express tracking number. After waiting for the statue to arrive at the port and pass through customs, the local courier will pick up the package for delivery, and only then will the logistics trajectory appear.
