1. Regarding the damage to the statue

· We will conduct quality inspections on each statue to ensure that it is intact and undamaged before transportation. And we will reach an agreement with the logistics company to take special care of our statues (such as handling them with care, placing them carefully, etc).

· Because the resin statue is very fragile, we cannot guarantee that the statue will not be damaged in any way when you receive it.

· This is unavoidable, the only thing we can do is to make it happen with the lowest probability. If there is any damage, we will contact the studio as soon as possible to replace the partsView instructions for replacing parts. In the event that the studio is unable to provide replacement parts, we will refund a portion of the cost based on the extent of damage to the parts. At the same time, we will also find some statue repair shops for you to try repairing the statues.

· If you cannot accept any defects or damages, please place your order with caution and forgive us for not being able to provide service.

 

2. Regarding the loss of the statue

· In case of loss during transportation, we will purchase insurance for each customer's statue. Once we confirm that the product is lost, we will provide you with a full refund or resend the product (you can choose at your discretion).

 

3.Regarding the transportation time of the statue

· The specific transportation time of the statue cannot be determined based on different countries and addresses. Usually, sea transportation takes about 30-60 days, and air transportation takes about 7-30 days.

· Please be patient during this process.

 

4.Selection of transportation methods for statues

· Our store's default shipping method is sea transportation.

· We have three modes of transportation: sea transportation, air transportation, and railway transportation. The prices vary for different modes of transportation. You can freely choose the mode of transportation and contact us (read more about contacting us) to provide you with price references.

 

5.Other issues regarding the statue

· If the package you received is different from the statue you purchased, it is considered that the courier picked it up incorrectly. Please contact us promptly for assistance and shoot a 360 degree video of the box (including tracking number, appearance of the box, products inside, etc).

· We strongly recommend that you open the box promptly upon receiving the package. If there are any issues with your statue, please let us know within 24 hours. We will assist the buyer in handling it together.
